This section of the website is about other ways in which you can get involved with Oxford Hockey Club, aside from playing for one of our teams!

None of us would be able to enjoy our hockey without the huge amount of behind-the-scenes effort that goes into running the club. There are plenty of opportunities for you to get involved, depending on what your interests are and how much time you can offer,  and some of them can even be quite fun….

• Umpiring – take a look at our umpiring page to find out more.

• Socials – social sec Hannah Godfrey is always looking for more volunteers to help organise our regular social events. Doesn’t need to be a big commitment – any help is welcome. Contact Hannah if you’re interested: hannah342868 [at] yahoo.co.uk or 07790 474692.
• Miscellaneous – lots of different jobs have to be done to run the club. Take a look at our committee page to see what the main roles are and contact the relevant committee member if you can help with anything from marketing to researching kit suppliers to finding sponsors for the club.
