Welcome to Oxford Hockey Club!

New players are always welcome at any time in the season – you can contact us via the Join Us page. Oxford Hockey Club has 6 ladies’ teams, 11 men’s sides and a large junior section, so we can offer friendly, competitive and/or sociable hockey, whatever your standard of hockey or previous playing experience.

We are based at Oxford Brookes University sports centre, in Headington, and also play matches across the road at Headington Girls’ School and at the Oxford University pitch on Iffley Road.

Our hockey training is held on various nights from Mondays to Thursdays and you can find full details on the training page. We run specific hockey goalkeeper training every Wednesday.

We start in September with friendlies and then league games are most Saturdays from late September to March, but you can join us at any point in the year. There’s also summer league hockey on offer from May to July.
