Oxford Hockey Club runs England Hockey's 'Hockey Heroes' course each autumn. This starts complete newbies off gently with an 8-week course specially designed for 5 - 8 year olds. It's then possible to join straight in with the U8s when the course finishes. Parents are welcomed to join in the first ten minutes of each session - wear trainers!
