Tickets and Menu choices process

Tickets are now live on Pitchero. For every attendee a ticket must be purchased AND this google doc needs to be completed detailing menu and table preferences. If someone attending is not on Pitchero (maybe a partner) then the purchase is made by the Pitchero member who then completes the google doc (eg A Smith for B Smith). Queries to Paul Wilson
