The Women's 5s have enjoyed a great 2022/3 hockey season.
They only lost one match which meant they were clear winners in their league. Hence as champions they have been promoted to the league above, Cherwell Division 1, in September. Their hard work and enthusiasm to work as a team has really developed their hockey and congratulations to all players, particularly Emily Honor as a first time captain at OHC.

Special mention goes to the W5 award winners this year. The Player of the Season voted by the team was awarded to Hattie Gibson, which was extremely well deserved due to her exceptional play and numerous goals for the team. Captain's Choice Award was given to Mary Comont for dedication to the team and enthusiasm for the sport, because even though it is her first season with the club she has put her all into being there for the team each week.

The W5 are renowned for their happy gin filled nights out so hopefully they have celebrated in style and now can enjoy the summer programme ready for some more awesome hockey in the Autumn. Congratulations W5 !!!
