All expenses must be claimed by the completion of the google doc, together with email submission of any supporting documentation. This season we are asking that claims be made at roughly intervals of six weeks of hockey, and only one claim per person for that six week period, to reduce workload pressure on the club treasurer. So please submit claims on or about 18th Oct, 13th Dec, 14th Feb and 11th April. All reimbursement will be made by bank transfer.

Mileage allowance
We pay a mileage allowance of 20p per mile for players who drive with a full car of players from the agreed meeting point to an away game. Away games do not include games within the Oxford Ring Road, BRN, Oxford Academy (Littlemore) or Gosford.

Umpiring expenses
Oxford Hockey Club remunerates umpire expenses at a rate of £10 per match. Umpires must complete the club’s expenses form with detail as required.

Umpires are responsible for managing their personal tax situation and the club accepts no liability in this respect.

All other expenses are to be approved in advance of expenditure by the Chairperson, Treasurer or Section Chairs.
